Idt she will rebound with the quality of the album because of the some of producers she is working with but she might get a #1 if she plays her cards right
As long as she doesn't start acting like she's eccentric and talking in that pretentious, affected way again. People see through that whole performance art **** now... but then again, Kanye.
It all comes down to the marketing. If she just drop a lead single, let it die and then release an album, I don't see it for her. But if she market it as a proper come back, oversaturate the media with her image and promote it like Born This Way, she can get BTW numbers.

But I think you're wrong because despite all this promo Til It Happens To You failed to chart even though it was an official single, sent to the radio, and had all the promo like you listed. Plus she's rumored to do C2C 2.0. So yeah I don't see a comeback in Gaga's future

On second thought, I actually agree with this. She's been gunning for that comeback all year and has been doing everything in her power to make it happen. For her sake, I hope it materialises.
