She should film the tour DVD at San Siro. LOL She is probably disappointed with the crowds or maybe she's not. Rihanna is weird like that she probably doesn't give a **** since she's guaranteed a certain amount from Live Nation per night. I don't like stadium concerts. I saw her at a stadium on The Monster Tour and it was one of my least favorite concert experiences even though I was on the floor I just prefer arenas.

None of the stadiums she's done so far were "half empty".
I think she'll keep playing stadiums on her next tour, but she'll do less. Like....she's gonna perform at 4 stadiums in France & 5 in Germany in next month....that's too much. But she can easily sell out 2 stadiums in these countries.

Honestly, I think the stanning in here is a little blind/delusional.
This tour is underperforming in the UK, it's criminally mismanaged tbh.
After the bad press she got with DWT, she should've only done 1/2 stadiums and held the rest of the shows at large arenas.
She could gain back her reputation with on-time appearances, great vocals and sold out shows and then consider all stadium shows for the next tour.

Anyway, my date tomorrow
I hope my direct debit pulls thru sometime tonight so I can withdraw it all to spend on merch tomorrow
Is it true she cut SOM & Pose?
I'm a little upset she has but thankfully all my fave songs are on the setlist (LOTB, Desperado & Consideration).
I love how ANTi-heavy it is when she could've gotten away with all hits + only a couple of new songs.

That's what she's been doing with this tour. It's the reason why she received so much positive reviews with this tour.

Also death at people thinking Rih"SoldOwt"anna wasn't bothered by seeing empty levels at her shows
Lame excuses everywhere.

You hoes are fuming because Rih isn't bothered by this one bit.
She puts on a show just like she does with every single one and doesn't give a **** what you loose bottoms on a forum have to say.

Yeah I know, I think for the next tour people will be much more willing to shell £80 on a stadium ticket but her reputation was pretty bad at this point which is the reason why she sold bad (that & too little promo).
She definitely has the starpower and popularity, she just didn't have the reputation this time around.
Plus now that the press can't come for her performance or tardiness, they're focusing on unsold seats.
I love her and want her to do well, it's just frustrating seeing her not reach her full potential when she could be a huge touring force.

Does anyone know how Manchester is doing?

Not sure on figures but from what I can tell the seats aren't selling great since lots of decent ones are still available.
There's a lot of unreserved seating at the Manchester date (pretty much all of the back) too so it'll probably look worse too if people decide to stand.

I agree with this, she should have only done Wembley, Manchester, and Glasgow.(Also think she should have done Emirates in London instead of Wembley) Not only was the promotion awful, but she played Wembley at the same time as Glastonbury where ADELE and COLDPLAY were playing.

LIVENATION is probably still making money, just not what they expect. She has multiple big sponsors (PUMA and Samsung, mainly). The money they pitched into the show probably covers most of it especially since the production cost probably isn't that high.
She'll most likely revert back to arena or just go on an other stadium tour but on a smaller scale. She's doing too many stadiums in each country without promoting. LiveNation is probably just going to require her to promote more if she wants to go a large scale stadium tour, if she doesn't want too they'll probably ask her to go in arena or do something small like 2 stadium in each country instead of 4-5.

The US shows grossed $1M/show on average and the tour is most likely going to gross $100M in the end, but maybe that's what you call 'devastating'

Sorry but that would be weak !! A tour with as many dates she has and mostly in stadiums, should gross at LEAST 200 millions $ . For example, her peer Katy Perry did an arena tour and still crossed the 200 millions $ mark , that's the least she can do for a star of her caliber...

The Navy is the only fanbase that actually believes and appropriates the negative propaganda thrown at their fav and why the masochism, I have no idea. Rih deserves better. Her tour is doing fine and so is Rih. Beyonce could have five people in the stands yet the Hive would tell you it's packed until you dayum near believe it. They will bark it to the gods and dare anyone to disagree. The Navy rolls over and asks to be kicked again. I'm done.

I'm sure that it really bothers her that her tour will only gross over $100 Million
I'm absolutely positive she is losing sleep at night because of the fact that Katy Perry grossed more than her on tour.

People are so stupid. If the promoter thinks they're going to lose money, they CANCEL the show. All of this mess over some goddamn empty seats when 70 - 90% of them are full and General Admission is packed.
It wasn't bad enough for the promoter to discount tickets. I honestly believe it was the lack of promotion this era, bad marketing and stupid timing that affected the ticket sales (Glastonbury, Coldplay tour, Beyonce tour).
I do agree that arena's are better in general though. Stadium shows can suck no matter the crowd size.

Y'all try-hard stans with your self-hating, homophobic "drags" are embarrassing. Rihanna's whole brand is reliant on her persona and attitude. She is always bragging about being the best so it's more than obviously she'd be irked about seeing huge empty areas. And I would be irked too. There's nothing wrong with that.

Stadium shows are fine. I don't think anyone could have predicted that her UK shows would not sell out after her last tour did good in the UK. It's hard to know.
Obviously looking at it now, one night in Twickenham would've been a better suit than Wembley but it's easy saying that now.
