I was talking to her on the phone, I recently switched colleges and she asked of I was making any new friends, I said no, jokingly ofcourse, and she was like 'what no girlfreinds around?' I was like sis she might know a biT. I've had girlfriends before and she's known, she even lectured me on sex once but she's getting bolder. it doesn't help that when I was little I used to have an obsession with barbies, always played as female characters in games and in Smackdown vs. Raw I would always play as a diva, Trish Stratus was #1 but sometimes if I was feeling extra I would play as Candice Michelle or Torrie Wilson . Not to mention my totally spies obsession, My mom should've known all along

My parents are African too but my mum has dropped a few subtly hints here and there. She rarely does it though. However she knows I listen to female pop artists and female artists of other genres and one time last year, there was something talked about on the news regarding a man meeting up with people through Grindr and murdering them after having sex with them.
We were talking about friends at the time too and during that time she said "Don't bring gay business to this house". She's a Christian (I am too) but she's not homophobic and she has spoken out about liking gay people. She thinks they're funny as in fun to be around.

I'm bi so I guess coming out to her when I'm ready won't affect me too much? As long as I have a gf or something. Idek tbh

If little girls can tell, I'm sure your parents can but maybe they just don't want to believe it so they don't bring it up. I know that's how it is with my parents, if I don't bring it up they certainly won't
