Slavery was abolished over 150 years ago--there have been 8 generations which have not oppressed, denegrated, stolen from, or made small, people of color. Please don't presume to pin a label on white people as oppressors and villains. The vast majority are not the villains that you are trying to make them.
Even when people treat each other with respect and foster equality, some people will still try to monger ill will. That is extremism. Do you think the extremes to which hitler, radical islam and even radical christians was/is effective? Fanning the flame of discontent is not the answer. Practice kindness and empathy and eventually you may find the results you seek and everyone, no matter their color, will benefit.
