He said that? When and where? It had to be, because in Blah Blah Blah (The next to last song/skit in the video) Joseph (playing his "manager") goes
"It's not personal, it's just showbiz. I'm going to keep your CDs and put them in my computer, because this couldn't be cuter." and Todrick responds
"Thanks, nice scooter." as his manager rides away on an actual scooter that appeared out of nowhere, and had no correlation to the song? It was also the last bit of the song/skit. This had to be an obvious reference.
