It's not surprising since it's the ATRL trend to bash male artists, but you'll spend more time hating on JT for "appropriation" while you stan for abusers, artists who steal artistic property, people who have openly said homophobic/racist comments in the past, girls who endanger public health, etc. etc. Get a grip.

For the last 7 years? I have no idea. He arguably has never outshined Usher. Then you have people like Beyonce and Rihanna, and you have TIMBALAND, who is a BLACK man, who pretty much helped JT establish his solo career.

And not just the last 7 years, in all of music, he isn't as successful or influential as the black artists he was inspired from.

Now if everyone said, "oh yeah, Justin started R&B, he's the king!!!! of it!" Then I'd understand being upset.

He just makes R&B-flavored POP music at the end of the day. It's all GIMMICKS so why get upset? It isn't a political topic.
