Well I don't really look at the nails of others tbh. I was biting my nails for years but stopped a long time ago because I was so paranoid since I know that LOADS of people actually judge others by their nails.
When someone has seriously offensive fingernails (like really dirty), then I immediately make judgments about their overall hygiene. But otherwise, it's not a big deal. Painted fingernails aren't that big a deal to me actually.
Not really, especially not those who have dirt under them when I casually meet them (if they do it when we're going to a cup of coffee I will be disgusted and I will tell them about it, this also applies to unclipped nails). While the first pic is truly disgusting I wouldn't judge them based on the fact they are super nervous and bite their nails off all the time. It's superficial.
