Wait are you pro-life or pro-choice? Because that human life is on the line as well!!!
And Hillary does want to end it on the state level. Just keep it on the federal level for mass murderers and terrorists like the white boy who killed the people in the church. It's justified imo.

Not when it's literally just a developing cluster of cells. Regardless, the government has no role policing a person's body.

I'd be lying if I said a part of me didn't agree with the death penalty. But the 'eye for an eye' mentality is hypocritical and barbaric, and we're smarter than that as humans.
A life sentence is arguably harsher too imo since it takes their freedom away and leaves them years of mental torture.

Well I disagree. At a certain point in the pregnancy, I feel that it should be illegal.
But my candidate of choice disagrees. And you know what? That's FINE. I'm not going to stop voting for her on that. A president doesn't make policies. The people do. (well should, but that's another topic for another day)

Forget the "lesser of two evils". Her plans are smart and will do good for millions of people who have no control over their future thanks to a broken government. I have no respect for people who play coy with the man who played coy with white supremacy.

I'm sure your personal respect for them is the #1 issue they are concerned with when voting.

That's fine, and I don't care what they think of me as well.
But Trump supporters are uneducated white men, mostly poor. And people who are anti-Trump, like Bernie supporters, would risk his presidency because of some deep hatred for a woman they don't even know and is looking out for them. These people are mostly privileged kids anyway so I wouldn't expect them to understand.
At least Trump supporters are voting FOR someone. Not against. It's dangerous, and I'm entitled to say how I feel.

This is a republic. We elect officials to represent and vote for us. What I'm saying is a president makes plans based on the public. This is TRUE. A Congress would never implement banning Muslims, as Trump suggests. But having someone like that spew that hate with his power is what's dangerous.
A president can't get anything done without a Congress who backs him. A Congress is irrelevant if the people have no faith in them. It's that simple.

Sorry, I misread your post. But the fact that Congress doesn't want to vote for common gun-control measures when an overwhelming majority of the country agree with them show that they don't represent the people.

Bernie created the Hillary hatred among Democrats. It was very telling when we found out Jeff Weaver pushed him to go after her on the Goldman Sachs speeches AFTER she went after his gun record in a debate.
Her "being in Wall Street's pocket" was never an issue for him until he was at jeopardy of losing. It shows that Hillary isn't as corrupt as he wanted to paint her as. And his supporters fell for it. Remember when he couldn't point to a single bill she voted for because of her donations.

You are right. And that's why their seats are in jeopardy in swing states.
In the deep red states, we can forget it because gun control isn't a big issue in those rural places so they would still vote for the candidate that best represents them on issues with terrorism, etc.

I just opened my secondary email and have 19 emails from Hillary over the past week.
That's it. I'm voting for Trump. #MakeGMailSpamFreeAgain

Hillary doesn't have a platform...just standard democratic talking points. Her only real pitch to voters is "I'm going to be the first female president".

All I see is talking points from YOU.
This country will never make progress as long as y'all continue to ignore plans, policies, and proposals. When did facts leave the negotiation room? When did Americans forget the economy was best under Bill? When did talking about fixing climate change, immigration reform, education, etc. not qualify as a platform?

The policies and plans you want changed aren't necessarily "progress" for everyone.
America has people of all walks of life and people generally vote according to what they feel is best for them.
I know, it's hard to believe.

That's true, but that's not what the poster I was responding to was referring to.
He said she had no platform. Everything she is advocating for, and have detailed plans to get it done, is a platform. It's just not the "Make America Great Again" slogan people may want.

1. Having a platform and detailed plans doesn't necessarily mean they're going to get done, and for many people her platform isn't beneficial to them.
2. She doesn't have greatest track record, and a lot of people don't trust someone who's been caught in several lies and scandals in the White House.
3. Whether this is relevant or not, alot of people feel Hillary is just a phony, uncharasmatic, and pandering person.
I get that you guys want everyone to worship Hillary and vote her to be the first "Pop girl" (lol) in the White House or whatever ya'll are making her out to be, but on a realistic level, she's nothing captivating or inspiring. She's a pretty standard Democratic candidate with alot of water under the bridge, so it's pretty juvenile to tell people you don't respect them for being apathetic that we have to choose between two greedy, mediocre candidates.

Makes a bold, unfounded claim and then fails to provide any argument to back it up...

You can argue (without much foundation) that the few ATRLer Clinton supporters are just here for a "pop girl presidency" but millions find her fit to be president moreso than the amount of people that find her to be unqualified. Those millions are enough to shut down your holier than thou tone about how she is objectively not a good candidate. Your opinion =/= facts even if you ineffectively try to invalidate the opinions of ATRLers for the sole reason that this is a pop site.
