In my head it's as soon as my allergies end which is the middo of June. So it started on Monday

I don't understand why Summer would start on the 20th of June? Like don't seasons begin on the first day of the month?

In my mind summer begins at the end of May and ends at the end of August. Probably because that's when it's the hottest. But I guess scienfically it's the first option. It's weird that September is considered summer in my opinion lol.

No? The seasons are based on Solstices and Equinoxs.
