So i downloaded the "Jennifer Hudson Christmas Special" but its in .avi and i need it for .mp4 for my iPod. I have a mac, and iSquint is the only free program that works and doesnt make you pay, but when it converts its not in HQ anymore. Can someone help

If you can find the video on youtube use Keepvid.com to download the video for free.

On Quicktime, the application that opens the .avi, you just save it as a video viewable on an iPod.
