She will probably release independently. I don't think she will be able to get a major label to sign her. I also don't understand the need for a new manager. The issue with her last era was her laziness not the management.

I'm not a stan and I know Hilary would NEVER tour, at least not until her son is older. I don't think she could stand to be away from him that long.
