I think the ones that are too full of themselves are the most insecure ones deep inside. Nicki Minaj comes to my mind (based on her surgeries and on a lot of things she says).

Demi and Gaga from what I've observed. Low self-esteem is very common among those who suffer with a mental illness as well so I really feel for each of these women.

Most of the pop girls have self esteem issues. Getting up on stage half naked and wanting people's applause is the most desperate act of approval seeking there is.
