TIDAL just charged me; can't cancel subscription
I want to cancel my subs but it says "user not found", I don't want to be charged a second time.

Sis I got charged $19.99 twice after canceling my subscription months ago. I spent 8 hours over e-mail with their ****** costumer service. Get a new card.

Did you try to unsubscribe from their site it's self, not the application?
I unsubscribed successfully before my subscription was up to avoid any charges through their website
