Ok so I'm not trying to start some fight or anything but honestly? You had faith that Ashley Tisdale would have done well with her last album & you don't have faith in Hilary. When Hilary has actually had platinum albums & gone on 4 bigger than mall tours? I just don't get the logic tbh.

So she has signed with a new label? She also said in November 2008, to MTV, that she was beginning work an a new album. This was after splitting with HR.

No she hasn't. But he's assuming that she's going to stay indie because of what the blog said. No one would know her plans to return to music but Hilary herself, as she hasn't made it a priority for some time now. That's what I'm getting at...

Yeah she was going to start on the album, but my guess (of course this is just speculation) is that when she signed up to do "The Story of Bonnie & Clyde" in early January, she believed that it was going to be her big return as an actress which is why she put music back on hold to focus on her acting career.

Ooh cant wait! I really liked both Metamorphosis and Dignity and I think the latter deserved so much more in terms of success... I think it was just because it was a transition period for her though... moving away from Disney and having dark hair and a sexy image...

That song had smash all over it, it was hot and very edgy for a pop artist at the time... the video is her best too

She needs grown-up songs like "Stranger".

What is the difference between top 40 and billboard hot 100?

The chart runs I posted are based off of U.S. airplay compiled by a company named Mediabase. That chart only uses stations that are labeled as pop stations. (As U.S. stations are formatted.) There's a chart for each format. (Pop, r&b, hip-hop, country, adult contemporary, rock, alternative, etc.) The Hot 100 is combines digital sales, physical CD sales (if any), and total airplay from all formats. It is compiled by a different company called Billboard.

I just want Hilary to sign already, or just to know what her status on finding a label is.

Finally ! Dignity was pretty good. I was impressed with the content.

What I'm saying is that Geffen is no longer exist, all the artists like Mary J Blige, Snoop Dogg and Ashlee Simpson are now with Interscope.

I was just jamming to Stranger today, hoping she'd release new material.

It's always a coincidence things like this always happen when I start thinking of them.

Fly was one of my most favorite songs EVER.
