I agree...that kinda thing is a mental disorder and I really think she needs professional help. And to ditch Spencer.

Oh she DEFINITELY has mental issues but I doubt she thinks she looks good. That's the issue, that's what body dysmorphia is, people think they never look good enough. So she'll keep having more surgery. So will Heidi It's a shame how LA and the show ****ed up her brain.

I agree with that, but when they have surgery it makes them think they look perfect, that is until they find the next flaw they want to have fixed. It's a never ending cycle. Body Dysmorphia is far more common than people realise, and is becoming more of an issue
