After waiting for the swelling to go down on her recent batch of plastic surgery, the new princess of pop Heidi Montag graced the world with her first post-surgery public appearance by hosting a Valentines Day party at Pure nightclub on Saturday night.

Is it just me or does she now look exactly the same as before, just plainer and older?

Anyways it's not Heidi's body dysmorphia that I'm interested in, it's her flat auto-tuned monotone voice that really won my heart so make sure you pick up her two new singles "Trash Me" and "Sex Ed" when they're released digitally on February 15th.

Who knows, maybe Heidi will out-peak her mega smash hit "More is More" which reached the dizzying heights of #27 on the US club charts last year!

She looks awful. They shouldn't have shaved her chin down, it makes her head look too round. Her head looks like a potato. And why is she so sweaty? Someone get her a towel.

She looks like a 40 year old who got work done. Beyond horrible, she needs serious help.

OMG she looks so bad. I remember when the news of her surgery first came out I didn't think she looked that bad, but now... What has she done? One day she will regret this

It isn't an improvement... It isn't a significant downgrade either though. She just looks different--although not even THAT different--and 15 years older.

Wtf? She looked great in the pics taken for that magazine a while back and in the interview that she did after the surgery. She doesn't look great at all here, and she looks awful when she tries to make a face. And her face is too oily; she needs a towel.
