I nearly fainted when I heard. People don't know that Hilary was my absolute FAVE up until the Best Of "era" (if you can even call it that) which is when I started to lose interest and prefer other artists. Hopefully she'll be able to make me a stan again with this new project.

She hasn't even been focusing on her music for some time now. She even says in this interview she'll get back into it in a couple of months. It's no sure thing she's staying independent.

But why are you guys still expecting another Dignity? it won't work.

I don't really care if it wasn't as succesful as the previous albums but Dignity is her BEST album yet, and she has to experiment with new sounds, maybe something more hip-hop or R&B (like Holiday) would be awesome

We'll find out soon what she wants to record

I actually think that "Dignity" was so Hilary.

She grew up so much on that album and I loved her even more.

Thinking about it, you might be right. She wrote and cowrote a big part of it, and most of the songs featured in Dignity reflected aspects of her personal life, however the image and the concept they used to "promote" the album made me believe she was being pushed to be something she was not. Taking a look at the horrible music video they made for RO later confirmed it.

Dignity was sooo Hilary, it was EVEN MORE HILARY THAN HER PREVIOUS ALBUMS 'CUZ SHE WAS REALLY INTO THE WHOLE WRITING/PRODUCING PROCESS!

The whole release of "Reach Out", promotion the video, and the whole "Best Of" was so pointless.

She already had one greatest hits album and she didn't need another that fast.

Exactly. I liked "Play With Fire" and "Reach Out", but I just don't see them as standouts in her discography.

Maybe she just wanted a reason to leave HR, and that album finished her album contract
