almost every day lately I check atrl and see a new thread along the lines of 'Taylor exposed by ____!'. with the Kimye thing and now the whole Tom/Calvin fiasco, has Taylor's reputation taken a hard beating this past week? i feel like she's gained a lot of haters from the Tom pics and almost everyone seems to be siding with Kimye now.
what do you think, atrlers, has this past week had a negative effect on Taylor's reputation or is she still America's current sweetheart?
I don't think people see her as the good girl her image used to ride on before, I've heard more "I'm getting annoyed of her" then ever before rn personally. Fame has changed her personality quite a lot and people are starting to really notice it now.
Nonetheless she'll outsell all her peers and sell million upon millions so so at most she'd see like a dip in sales next time (which is likely, following up 1989 is gonna be next to impossible).
All she will do now is write a song about how the media is mean to her and how Calvin was so terrible.
All her fans will eat it up and feel sorry for making another string of hits.
The girl will remain very phony but unscathed.
The girls are really trying though.
