One era doesn't negate the image she made for herself with the previous 4. One era also doesn't show if anything has changed. Especially when that era has a song (SIO) that could easily be about John and Katy and Style which is probably about Harry Styles
Like it or not but she built this image of dating men and writing songs about them. It became her gimmick so you'll have to accept that people are going to have that idea about her and question her motives for dating. Even if the songs aren't angry or blame-y. It can come off as shallow fodder for her singles and of course as a promotional tactic. Whether she has music coming out or not, it's keeping her name in the headlines
My final point is that if she wanted this to be private for a while, she could have done so. But they sat out in public kissing, knowing full well that the paparazzi could very well be watching. That's me being nice and saying it wasn't set up for them to be "caught". And to answer you answer your first question I have heard all of her albums. But a few exceptions or moments of change don't erase the majority
