Think it used to be skim? But for years now it's been any hemp / almond / cashew / hazelnut / oat / rice / soy milk - the fat proportion of each varying.

Thanks for responding so nicely! I'll check it out, I'm genuinely curious as I am always drinking cow milk & another member was going off bout me getting diseases lol, I'll check it out now
