If Gaga isn't eligible to win that Emmy, I don't care about that Emmy.
Though I don't really understand how she was eligible for the Oscar but won't be for the Emmy.

Basically Gaga is credited as a writer, but Diane's credit is larger, something like 60% Diane, 40% Gaga.
