Yeah, pretty much. That's mainly what dancing is in Jamaica as well (where I'm from). Just wining/hip movements (like dutty wine), stepping, hand waving and basic stuff like that. Not choreography. There's also daggering which is very popular at PASSA PASSA, and is like hardcore dry humping (check Major Lazer) but that would be too
