Discussion: Where is the Gay area in Berlin?

Ok I am from NYC but I am in Berlin right now. What is the Gay areas of Berlin? I walk on Bulowstrabe street tonight and all I see in these women prostitutes. That is where my friend told me to go.

But my friend lives in the UK and he is not answering me! Hahahaha

How long are the bars/clubs open here? I am still scare to go out after what happened in Orlando so I am still not sure. Plus I am visiting with my friend who is a girl.

Any Gay ATRL member or someone that has been to Berlin?

Also what times do the trains stop working? Do I need to rely on taxis now?

Not sure.

But during my LGBTQ in Politics class, I learned that Gay Rights actually began (if we are being honest) in Germany.

Hitler considered it to be the "hot bed for all gays".

I had no clue Berlin was so Gay-Friendly. There must be TONS of action there.

Where is it not? Same with Cologne. You land and if you weren't gay already, you'll end up being soon.

Nollendorfplatz, Schöneberg.

Motzstraße is THE gay street.

Yeah, tonight is 2-1-4 night but It's already closed which means you're allowed to enter between 10 pm and midnight. My friend is working there at the bar.

Its kind of basic but the schwuz is great.
I think it suits tourist very good. It wont shock you but its always worth a visit.

And you dont need to worry about the trains on the weekend.

I remember i was walking with some people from my school and they were like omg a gay xdxd and i was like

We didn't see much. I wish i met someone there though.

Awesome... Let me google the places mention. But I know is getting so late here....and begging my friend to go with me.. already 1:30am. I may try tomorrow and Sunday night then. We have been walking a lot today. Too bad it was sort of raining and cloudy early today.
