I couldn't for 2 days this week
It was a problem on my providers end, so all I could do was wait.
I was soooo bored
I usually switch the bitch on and off till something happens.

Forget the network then try connecting again, or as stated above unplug your modem then try again.
If all else fails, contact your internet provider, they'll likely be able to look into it for you
