What is this mess
Pokemon and Smash both fit your criteria of a "true game" but are accessible enough that they appeal to casual players
The ceiling for depth and improvement on a competitive level are incredibly high
Just because a chunk of their content is very "pick up and play" friendly doesn't mean they don't have a "hardcore gamer" side to them
