It's very easy to say that, but in reality there are healthy obsessions. People can mask those unhealthy ones pretty well by making them seen healthy. We don't know to what extent his openness about being obsessed was. Many of us on here exhibit obsessions but we don't stalk our faves to kill them either. It just depends on the context of their conversations.
