Well you can't win em all. How many VMAs does Brit/Madonna/Janet and them have? I'm sure a lot! Pick and choose, win or lose. It's just the way the game is played, it's best if you just wait your turn...

I think it has more to do with a lot of changes in the industry. Nobody is selling 10M like they did so easily back then, so, as someone told me, this is how the heavy hitters (i.e. Beyonce and Taylor) are compensated now. Because if you actually think Beyonce deserves more awards at this point in her career than all of those women for the spans of their incredible reigns over pop music, you have issues. I understand that she's your favorite artist, to you she's the best ever, etc etc etc, but you have to pay respect where it's due.
