Personally, I don't like that people add the Q to the LGBT+ initialism. Like, everyone who is not predominantly heterosexual and/or cisgender is queer. Really, I wish people would just say queer instead of LGBT.

Honestly it doesn't really matter. I don't mind if they add LGBTQ, the whole movement in general is taking the disenfranchised individuals who do not identify as the "normal" straight person and giving them support. It shows inclusion and it supports what is at the core of the LGBTQA movement. I do have to admit though, I am not sure what the A stands for, I've seen LGBTQ before though

Do you guys think Adele/Columbia/XL will submit her RCMH TV special for the Grammy for Best Music Film? I'm pretty sure it's eligible for that award. Another nomination won't hurt, even if she doesn't win it.

I'm thirsty for Adele's submission to the Emmys and the inevitable nomination. I don't care with the Grammys because she'll get them with 25.

That "Make You Feel My Love" performance was beautiful. I agree that she's a bit underrated among the LGBT community. I mean, she wrote "Set Fire to the Rain" in part as a gay anthem. And she's very supportive of them.

I do really hope she snatches an Emmy for the Radio City Music Hall performance. It really deserves it. I love Beyoncé, but Adele deserves it so bad. And she got snubbed by freaking Rachel Platten in the Daytime Emmys.... That's a good point about the Grammy, though! I think it's smart to submit the Radio City Music Hall special. And then at the 2018 Grammys, she can submit her live DVD.
