You are missing the point. What she is saying is that he will always have a career whether his shirt is off or not. Hell, if he wanted to he could tell the people at GOT he won't be taking his shirt off and he wouldn't be considered a diva because of it. He could go on to be featured in a ton of flops, but he will still have a career because he is a good looking white male. A white actress doesn't have that luxury, neither does any minority actor and actresses.

With Women in acting, they know they have to hit a certain status before 40 or they are done. The Women actress are typically "of the moment" at a way higher rate than that of a male actor. So when she says he should sit in a corner because he will have a career, I tend to agree with that because some people won't have that luxury.
