Most of the reason is because people/media feel the need to state and emphasise 'black' when describing a crime, yet, if it's a white person the term is omitted. Thus search engine comes back to you with such results.
This is the fault of the media/social media much like all black oppression. Nothing new.
Google just picks up on what images are tagged on other websites. If the search term "three black teenagers" is common in reporting crimes Google can't just pretend that isn't a thing in order to avoid racist backlash. Y'all do way too much. Sometimes the shoe just fits.
