I thought of this too. It would be nice to get a new type combination. And it would only have 2 weaknesses, Dark and Bug That is not so much, although almost anything can carry dark type moves.

I am still suprised that one didn't become the prototype for the Dusk and Shiny stones in gen IV. I already could have imagined it's tail to take control over it with a Dusk Stone, while the Shiny stone would have made it neck grow and make it a more adult giraffe

And yeah, I think that pretty much confirms it'll get Bullet Seed, which is nice, especially for Rock types early on like Iwanko + the fact that people won't probably use both Rowlet and Pikipek on the same team.

All together like this they don't look bad, and I can see the simplicity they were going for: All the pokemon really only have two dominant colors in their scheme.

Yungoose is kind of growing on me too: his ugliness is kind of purposeful to reinforce that he's an invasive pest.

Ok but i can't @ all the early route pokemon getting such good abilities & then the poor dog getting 2 useless ones.
