Omar Mateen's ex-wife is dancing around the subject, but her fiance says it flat out -- all the signs pointed to Mateen being gay ... or at least struggling with the fact he was gay.
Amid reports the Orlando mass murderer had been to Pulse nightclub multiple times ... Sitora Yusufiy and her current fiance, Marco Dias, were asked by a Brazilian reporter if Mateen was gay. Dias said Sitora believed Omar had "homosexual tendencies."
Dias also said Sitora told him she witnessed Mateen's father calling him gay several times.
Dias claims the FBI told Sitora to keep mum about Mateen's homosexuality in interviews with "American media" -- which might explain her Monday night appearance on CNN. Sitora said when she and Mateen married in 2009 he "confessed to me about his past ... and he very much enjoyed going to clubs."
She also says there were "pictures of him" -- but paused dramatically when asked if he was gay. Check it out ...
This is all hard to process. Here we have one of the worst mass shootings with so many people dying from the LGBT community. At the same time, the shooter himself maybe one that was struggling with acceptance of his sexuality. Regardless of this information he is still a horrible person for what he did.
All signs pretty much point him to having some issues with his own sexuality. Either gay, bisexual or some curiosity it was definitely there.
This is why generations of hatred towards people who aren't straight is dangerous, it's just not "their opinion" but it breeds dangerous activities and ruins lives.
No she doesn't say it in the interview, but this is according to her current finance.
He just did an interview saying that she (the shooter ex-wife) was told not to say anything about him being gay to the news media. They are trying to make the point in that CNN interview she is hesitant to say anything because she was warned by the FBI. But she leaves subtle clues that he my have been.
We will never know the truth so why dont we focus on the lives that were lost instead of focusing on the gunman that is what these people want when they do these things.. media never learns.
Yawn! It's actually disgusting that all these people are trying to turn it back on the lgbt community, he never expressed his sexuality as a gay/bi man so stop with all these nonsense assumptions.
Anyway idk what is going on here , he also spared a couple because they were black and said he didn't have an issue with blacks but friends say he went on an anti-black racist rant
