my mums laptop has been scanned 3 times different virus wares and they all safe computer is safe...this sneaky virus is hard to bloody get rid of....only way is to re format but i wouldn't know how to bloody do that.

Norton she has on there, I've used the Windows defender One, and its also telling me on google to download and use Malewarebytes but I can't use without paying for it
