ARTPOP was done so wrong by critics, I don't believe ratings are fair. People were too blind-sided by her image and celebrity to rate the music on its own values. (I don't believe by any means it should be 90+, but 75-ish would be fairer.)

Happens a lot to so many good albums. Most Unapologetic and Blackout reviews just mentioned Chris Brown and Britney's meltdown and even though Charmbracelet is Mariah's worst album, it only got a 43 because of her image at the time
