It certainly feels negative, but I visited some poor countries and despite living in poverty, they seemed like some of the most positive and optimistic people in the world. It gives me hope that love and happiness can exist even in our darkest times.
There are a lot of misanthropes, it seems. That's perfectly fine with me, lol. I really still do remain positive and although the world isn't positive, i definitely don't think it's negative either.

Life is more good than it is bad. The fact that we exist at all, and that we're here to live, to feel, to experience, and that there's a vast and fantastic universe all around us, that's all pretty damned miraculously awesome. Y'all are probably just basing your perception of the world on what you see on the media. The media reports mostly the bad news. Most of the good news that happen every day go unheard and unnoticed.
