I'd be mad that my fave is a dumb homophobe that wants to erase gay struggle too. It's no wonder your way of coping is to fantasize about Beyoncé dying (even then Bruteney would still be an ugly irrelevant has-been).
If anything Britney can relate to the LGBT community more than any of the pop girls you mentioned. A lot of people like to make fun of her conservatorship and health problems, but her ongoing struggle with the conservatorship has shown how she too has been a victim of a flawed government. Many of her rights have been unfairly taken from her just as many people in the LGBT community are deprived of many of their basic human rights. I'm not saying that that justifies her grouping herself with the victims in this attack - which I don't think was her intent regardless - but she of all people knows the struggle of being deprived of rights and having her voice smothered.

Why would someone NOT want to erase gay struggle? Erasing something bad = making place for something better (easy logic).
