I'm not sure what platforms they're avaliable on because I don't play them (I only watch) but I'm pretty sure they're avaliable on all PC/XBOX/Play Station as well as iPhone?
The seasons follow the story of Clementine. Each season is split as she ages.
The game is episodic in which season consists of 5 episodes that are all roughly between 1-2 hours.
The Michonne series is a side story that I don't believe to be related to main game which revolves around Clementine, those episodes instead follow Michonne from the tv show (they could be intertwined slightly though idk I haven't watched those yet because I'm behind on the tv show and don't wanna risk spoilers).
The game basically has you choose responses and actions which alter the way the story develops. The way you answer people can change their relationship with you and your actions can lead to characters deaths.
