What do you think the best solution for the Palestinian issue would be? How do you think the problem could be solved and long-term peace achieved?

The Palestinians don't only want their land, they want all the jews dead. It's all about religion.
Israel should stand strong and defend itself from terrorists.
And the rest of the world should start growing balls as well.

Creating the country of Palestine would be the right thing to do, but I don't know if it would be able to control itself (look at the current state of many of the Middle Eastern and north African countries). It's a very fragile situation.

At least one side has to step back and give up many things they have been fighting for over decades.
There is no hope for solving it with one or two solutions.

Gaza isn't controlled by Israel and Egypt doesn't want Gaza either.

Gaza is free and the Israelis offered the West Bank to Jordan back in the 90s as far as I know but the Jordanians didn't want it.

Gaza is a mess and Jordan likely won't have a choice in the matter with the way things are going. The two state solution is never going to work so they may as well try something else. Nothing is likely going to happen though, that whole thing is going to be a mess for a very long time.

In the current situation I don't see any possible solution, sadly.

There needs to be a two state solution and no one gets Jerusalem or they both control it. Israel needs to be able to defend itself but it needs to stop being so aggressive.

1 merged state like Belgium, with israel and palestine as it is today, the west bank, the Gaza strip and Golan heights, as one sovereign nation.
where both parts have the same constituional rights, basically the same laws. but strong independence for the different parts. and banning of Hamas combined with economic aid to Gaza.
