WhatsApp isn't really a thing in the USA as it is worldwide. Someone from Europe was explaining to me about how its cheaper to use it as a messaging service then text messaging. Since the USA's mobile providers have unlimited text messaging at basically free of charge now, we don't really need to seek other forms of messaging apps.

At least thats what I think it is.
