Uefa has begun disciplinary proceedings against Russia's Football Union after "totally unacceptable" scenes
Charges against Russia are for crowd disturbances, racist behaviour, and setting off fireworks, Uefa confirmed.
Footage appeared to show Russia fans rush at England supporters after the 1-1 Euro 2016 draw in Marseille.
There were issues with segregation of fans, the body admitted, promising security would be "strengthened".
Witnesses said trouble began in the stadium after flares were let off by Russian fans near the end of the game. Some then climbed across barriers designed to keep rival fans apart, and a number of Russia supporters appeared to kick and punch fleeing England fans.
I was absolutely disgusted watching videos of Russians chasing down England fans after the match. I watched one video where a group of Russian men threw an Englishman down the stairs and he fell on his head. Just appalling behaviour.
Football brings out the worst in people, although most were probably disgusting yobs to begin with, this gives them an excuse to display this kind of behaviour and get away with it.

The English are infamous around Europe for that sort of behaviour. Karma.
The report is right though - while the Russian, English and French are having fights and riots on the streets, the attention is led towards them rather than the threat of terrorism. Stupid people.
As I said in the Euro threads it's great, but people have to know that english started **** BEFORE the match, and the russian started **** AFTER the match. So both groups did start the violence at some point, it's a travesty that the UEFA isn't doing the same thing towards England.
Russia is a mess when it comes to racism though. I met this Sudanese girl when I was in London a couple of weeks ago who had studied in Moscow. She said people would come up to her in the streets and try to rub her skin colour off.
