They tweet every possible thing that could happen and then delete the ones that don't happen. And when the predicted event does happen, they'll bring attention to the tweet.
Like for example:
A rock legend will die
A pop icon will die
A country singer will die
A hip hop artist will be hospitalised
And say any hip hop artist is hospitalised, they'll probably get a popular account to quote the tweet and there you go
