People who value their "2nd Amendment" rights over actual human lives disgust me.

At least make laws like Canada where you must go through an extensive background check + have safety classes before obtaining a gun.

Yes. Maybe she will even meet with Christina's parents to include them in the process. She's absolutely a huge activities for gun control and holding the NRA accountable (as they should be).

The fact that you can freely shoot someone who's in your propery has always disgusted me. Like, I know some people will say self-defence but how do you pluck up the courage to shoot someone? Where I come from guns are banned, if someone tries to enter and burgle your house you can beat them up with a stick, a pan whatever and render them unconscious but there is never the intention to kill them in the first place. I feel like this free access to guns really calls for a disregard of human life amongst the population in general and that's where the problem comes.

Guns should be banned on a commercial level. Any 'ordinary American' who refuses to surrender all firearms within 30 days should be shot. Doubt they'd like guns so much then. Problem solved.

the constitution allows for an armed militia... it doesn't mean what pro-gun people are misunderstanding it as. it allows for guns in the same way someone would say 'the team can have a bus'
