Recently, I have heard from several of my family members and friends that Trump may be running for Hillary to win. Although I know it's just a conspiracy theory, it makes sense if you think about it. Just a few years ago, Hillary and Trump were friends and Trump donated millions of dollars to her 2008 campaign. She and Bill attended his wedding and had a good relationship. Although I know it sounds crazy, I could honestly see Trump doing it to promote his business and intending for Hillary to beat him.

Hillary doesn't have great public opinions, but there is one person who's unfavorables are even higher than her's: Trump's.


So, do you think Trump is running for Hillary to win? Any other republican could've beaten her, but it is likely that he won't.

Knowing Hillary this may be true but I never thought about this I mean who seriously would want Trump to be the president Hillary may just be slightly better than him as a president so people have to vote for her.

Personally I would applaud Clinton's genius here if this was the case. Having so much foresight and analysis of voting patterns and opinions to know that Trump would become the eventual nominee just to win is just amusing.

Didn't Reagan encourage Trump to run for President in the 80s, and he spoke about it again in the 90s to Oprah.

I know these people are getting on a bit but it seems far-fetched to think this has been cooked up for 30-odd years.

Edit: Wait I forgot about that one time an alien autopsy was performed, a fake plane with a bomb attached crashed into the towers, and the illuminati was formed by Beyoncé at the age of 9. I mean, Disney's an American organisation so it's no surprise that people over there love fantasy stories!

I thought this at the beginning of the election but Trump has been almost as negative towards Hillary as Sanders has so it makes me think it's all in my head.

I think Trump is actually probably terrified of winning. All of us walk around saying we'd do this and that, but actually being there is a different thing. I doubt he thought he'd get this far and he's made so many promises about how he's going to fix everything and it's all going to be wonderful. Hillary on the other hand has spent two decades salivating over being President. It's funny how one seems to love the campaigning and the attention, and the other just wants to govern.
