Football hooligans are the absolute worst, I hate that it's a sport of all things that brings out this kind of behaviour in people.

More than that, it's a little suspicious to say this in Marseille, which has a large Muslim population - probably the largest in France. This is subtle racism in my honest opinion. They should contain this behavior in the UK.

It's not that hard to spot brown Muslims in Marseilles when they account for a third of the population there.

Well of course they were summoning them for a fight, they were hardly summoning them in the hope of a suicide bomb :death:

What they wanted was a fight with some ISIS supporters, of which there are plenty in Marseille. This is not me stereotyping or hoping on the islamophobia bandwagon. There are plenty of liberal muslims in France, just like there are plenty of terrorist sympathisers.

That's why I'm saying it's subtly racist. They were drunk, which is when your true feelings usually manifest. They could have easily seen a few brown people out and about. Seeing them could have prompted this type of behavior. Drunk sports fans are notorious for instigating problems. All I'm saying is that it's a little suspicious, and the possibility is there, but I don't know what really set them off.

If this is a sign of where football (soccer) is heading then I'm definitely perched for the Qatar World Cup, which will take place right before Christmas
