Beyonce does a lot of things very well but I don't think I could describe her as the "best" at anything in particular other than making herself into a brand and keeping herself in the public's good graces. She is a very good singer and a very good dancer--probably among the top five of the current generation in both respects. But I don't see how you could call her the best voice of this generation.

and about all the bash for Taylor, please maybe that performance was horrible but like Kelly said not all the performances are always good. Also I liked Taylor's last year performance and I still think she deserved the grammy for Album of the Year and all the awards that she got with Fearless.

Kelly DID not say Taylor was the voice of the generation. BUT bravo Kelly on another excellent open letter. Kelly is such a real girl and I admire that she continues to speak her mind.

I feel so sorry for Kelly - practically everything she says is completely blown out of proportion and twisted. She was talking about Taylor's manager whoever that guy is. not Taylor.
