Why are SM's "full" albums recently only 9/10 tracks though?
Because they're trying to deliver something compact and concise rather then have 15-18 tracks with varying quality. I much prefer this formula tbh. Most Classic albums worldwide in general are 9-11 songs.

Yeah I definitely see it being quality over quantity (4 Walls, Press It, She Is and now Ex'act) I want more tracks though!
Y'all HAVE to listen to Monster with some good headphones The production is EPIC!
also, album track wise...
I think it's safe to say in terms of being the standout ultimate fan fave track, "Heaven" will be the album's Machine/Black Pearl/Thunder/El Dorado
I find Heaven extremely uninteresting. Though it's mostly because I don't like the way the chorus is produced. It should flow + feel light but instead it sounds like they can't quite get the notes.
