A former Victoria Secret model scorned Philippines Airlines on social media this week, branding its staff as 'rude and disrespectful'.
Supermodel Karlie Kloss took to Twitter on Monday to inform her 1.28million followers of the 'worst customer service of all time' that she claims to have experienced after missing her flight home - and her tweet was shared more than 3,800 times.
The 23-year-old posted a photo, which was originally uploaded to her Snapchat account, and said: '@flyPAL has the worst customer service of all time. Most budget airline. Rude and disrespectful. Shame on you.'
