Mines pretty simple.
Burger: Lettuce, Pineapple and Avocado
Pizza: Pineapple, Avocado and chicken tikka masala with a sweet chili sauce

Burgers are hard because I've had so many out-there ones. I had one with peanut butter on it in two different restaurants, and it was amazing both times. In terms of normal toppings, I'm a simple cheddar cheese and bacon kind of guy.
Pizza: anything with meat on it

Burger: veggie patty, hot peppers, mayo, spinach, cucumbers, extra extra extra onion, Swiss cheese
Pizza: meat lovers OR pizza from a really cheap cheap cheap place that is so greasy with pepperoni and cheese (I find the cheaper the place, the tastier it is lol.)
I haven't had pizza in about a year though. I HATE veggies on my pizza except for tomatoes
While I'm typing this, I imagine myself in a hotel room with the pizza delivered to my room. Something about pizza and hotels is amazing and nostalgic
