P!nk's Just Like Fire only moved to #10 after stabilizing at Top 3 on iTunes for entire week, and Beyonce's Sorry out from Top 40 while it increased on iTunes last week (around #9-#10)

Yes. There should just be a streaming chart and keep streams out of the Hot 100.

No. Streaming is a major metric these days, and the BBH100 wouldn't accurately reflect popularity it it was pure sales.

If you have a popularity chart, it doesn't make any sense to decrease the influence of a method of music consumption that is growing extremely quickly.

The Hot 100 is an overall popularity chart. For it to exclude a major method of consumption, especially one that is growing so rapidly, would render it entirely inaccurate.

I think it should be a sales only chart, because if you're not going to respect the art and pay for it, then it shouldn't count. Plus it would give people an incentive to buy it.

No, they should lower radio. At least people choose what to stream while radio just plays whatever they want.

No. Billboard needs to reflect what people are listening to and interested in....not just what they're buying. The whole idea of charts is to show what is popular.

Yes! Streaming has way to much impact. That fact that some songs vsn have poor sales and zero airplay and an basically go too 10 with streaming is ridiculous. While others can have huge airplay and sales but not enough streams to last that long :Lipton: it should 40/40/20

Also the fact that so many songs have tied or come close to previous record of most weeks in the top 10 (21) proves how streaming counts for to much. The top 10 has remain static for months

I definitely see where you're coming from, in that lesser-known artists who might not have a large presence on streaming sites may not see extraordinary success (like #1 on the BB Hot 100) even with a smash hit. But, I don't think that decreasing the influence of streaming, which is dramatically increasing as a platform would accurately reflect the listening and consumption data of consumers.

Hot100.. No. I think the combination of sales, radio & streaming is great. But the album chart? I still didn't get it.
