I tried listening to Love Appears because the cover is edgy but it sounds so dated

It's actually still very fresh considering it was released over 15 years ago. Obviously it has that classic sound of 90's JPop, but that's what makes it so special. She managed to take that sound, make it hers, and still keep it sounding great even after all these years. All while struggling to include a single filler between it's 15 tracks.

It's such a masterpiece.

LA has aged better than most of TK production. I know that some people like Kyle live for his sound but it's such a Fad. Namie's and Ami's albums by him are near the bottom of their discographies.

Yeah it's blah other than the masterpiece Monochrome (although the sudden ending is annoying, just like Utada's Take 5). Love ~Destiny~ is good but not Love ~Refrain~.
